How will the Africa Power Scheme work?

The African Power Scheme (APS) will include a number of online databases. The databases will be used to match energy needs with energy suppliers/developers and to monitor the progress and sustainability of projects. The databases will include a list of energy requirements in rural and peri-urban communities; a list of suppliers of renewable energy equipment and services in Africa and project developers; a list of projects in progress and operational; and a list of experts in implementation and management of renewable energy projects.
